I got question about why haskell insist to be a purely FL. I mean is there any feature which is only support by pure?

Laziness. It is very difficult to have a lazy language which is not pure. Laziness and purity together help with equational reasoning, compiler transformations, less obscure bugs, better compositionality etc. Thanks Neil
