Certainly! I honestly think wikipedia is one of man's greatest achievements, and it is just in its infancy.
For what it's worth, I'm withholding judgement on Wikipedia until it matures a bit (they're still learning how to deal with editorial issues IMO) --- but when I first heard about it I couldn't help but think of the Final Encyclopedia.
