I don't see the problem. They have a job, they want members from this community. People in this community also need jobs. The problem is bait-and-switch. Suppose you saw a job ad requiring strong experience in academic research. You answered the call and got the job. The first day of work they get you to mine coal for them 2 km below the surface.
