I think I have encountered the same problem: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/parallel-haskell/-lhrgNN8elw/KzqLM9BzoJwJ In my experience, anything that uses gtk is a problem on a MAC. I still intend to do some analysis *not* using threadscope but using event-logs directly but that is at least a few weeks away. Dominic.
