
If I do foo and foo-test, then I would probably place foo-test on Hackage. Alternatively, just give foo a pointer to the location of the foo-test darcs repo location. It keeps the library and its dependencies small.
Do you publish foo-test on Hackage? If yes than the HackageDB gets cluttered with test packages. If not, there is no easy way for users to run your tests.
