[Haskell-cafe] Updating HsJudy to work with the latest Judy

I would like to use the HsJudy bindings to the Judy high-performance trie library (on hackage), but unfortunately they have bitrotted. I can have a go at mending them but I have no experience with FFI. Any tips? -- Robin
