[Haskell-cafe] Request to take over floating-bits package

This is an attempt to follow the process at wiki.haskell.org/Taking_over_a_package I have set up a git repository at github.com/julialongtin/floating-bits/ , and fixed compatibility issues with ghc-9.4. I would like to be made maintainer of this package in hackage. Julia Longtin
