[Haskell-cafe] Creating a darcs repo and trac

I'd like to create a darcs repo for a package I've just created so people can do: darcs get http://code.haskell.org/largeword I can logon to code.haskell.org but I don't have permission to create a directory in /srv/code which is what I thought I had to do. Ditto I would like to create a trac instance on trac.haskell.org. I recall using createtrac but that no longer seems to be available. Is there a wiki page that explains all? Thanks, Dominic.
