[Haskell-cafe] Unable to register on hackage

Hello, This may be the wrong mailing list for this question, but I appreciate any pointers on whom to contact. I have been unable to register as a new user on https://hackage.haskell.org to upload a package. I have tried number of times, but have not received the activation email. I have also not found any "Contact" links on that page. Therefore, any pointers would be of great help. Regards Guru
