[Haskell-cafe] Matrix as list of list

Hello i am new to Haskell and i could need some help :) I want to make a function getElement which returns me an Element from a martix, which ist represented as a list of lists, e.g. [[1,2,3] [4,5,6]] is a 2x3 Matrix.
