[Haskell-cafe] Bugs in Hugs

In testing some of my packages against Hugs, I've uncovered bugs[1]. Unfortunately the bug tracker at: http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/hugs/newticket?type=defect doesn't seem to allow normal users to submit tickets. Does anyone know how to submit bug reports to Hugs these days?
