[Haskell-cafe] Int vs Integer

Hello all, I found a good Haskell tutorial (second link on the Tutorials column) (now that I know how to run the programs in it). I have a question. What's the difference between the types Int and Integer? Likewise, what's the difference between the types Float and Double? Are those just synonims? Thanks for the help.
