Probably not, but I'd like to understand what I'm doing wrong. I think it might have something to do with the fact that I've also got Hugs for Windows installed. Could there be some sort of conflict? I'm just following the steps in Appendix A of "Real World Haskell", which doesn't mention the pre-built version of Cabal. Anyway, I'll try your suggestion. Thanks for your help. David. Am I missing a dependency, or is ghc not installed properly, or am I doing something else wrong?
