∀p (PieceOfCode(p) -> CanIdentifySourceLanguage(p)) is clearly false, while ∃p (PieceOfCode(p) -> CanIdentifySourceLanguage(p)) is clearly true. Natural language does a rather poor job of making quantification unambiguous. - C.
