+1. I'd like to watch video offline on my phone, so Flash isn't really a good option. It doesn't work on my computer either, at least not without requiring me to download Flash 10 from Adobe.

With FFMPEG I could convert those Flash videos to other formats: ffmpeg -i farnham-voice.flv farnham-voice.avi
