I see it regularly on my uploads, but it doesn't seem to prevent the upload
from succeeding.

Yesterday and today I made a few releases of a package to Hackage. On each upload I get a 503 error. This is the text:

I'm guessing this isn't expected behaviour. Has anyone else seen this?
