Seconded. There have been seven spam posts from this poster in the last 5 weeks.
But then we enter the discussion who considers what conferences as fake. I have added a filter rule to my private spam filter. If you think that the announcements are constantly off-topic, you might ask the sender to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
