Does anyone know of a hackage mirror? It now occurs to me I should
have a local mirror, it's that essential.

And, amusingly, http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ is also down, having exceeded its Google App Engine quota.
[ But the similarly named .org site still works, and confirms that hackage is down. ]
