[Haskell-cafe] FiniteMap, Map, FiniteSet, Set

Here's a really elementary question: Why does the library have [FiniteMap and Set] instead of [FiniteMap and FiniteSet] or just [Map and Set]? Is there some reason for this inconsistency? Thanks, James
