[Haskell-cafe] Package Takeover: `toml`

To whom it may concern, I'd like to take over maintenance of the package `toml`.  I have a burning need. I tried to contact Spiros  a year ago, but no response has come. The last release was 2017, and it's safe to say the package is totally abandoned.  My hackage user is topos. Cheers, E
