Is your ~/.cabal/config file from pre 1.18 era? Sounds like the dylibs
aren't being built.

Hi all,
I have some trouble with cabal sandboxes. I used `cabal sandbox add-source` to add a library. When I add the library as a dependency for my project and try to build I’m always getting
<command line>: can't load .so/.DLL for: /Users/joel/workspace/haskell/bookingsystem/.cabal-sandbox/lib/x86_64-osx-ghc-7.8.3/google-maps-0.1.0.0/libHSgoogle-maps-0.1.0.0-ghc7.8.3.dylib (dlopen(/Users/joel/workspace/haskell/bookingsystem/.cabal-sandbox/lib/x86_64-osx-ghc-7.8.3/google-maps-0.1.0.0/libHSgoogle-maps-0.1.0.0-ghc7.8.3.dylib, 9): Symbol not found: _googlezmmapszm0zi1zi0zi0_WebziGoogleziMapsziInternal_queryAPI_closure Referenced from: /Users/joel/workspace/haskell/bookingsystem/.cabal-sandbox/lib/x86_64-osx-ghc-7.8.3/google-maps-0.1.0.0/libHSgoogle-maps-0.1.0.0-ghc7.8.3.dylib Expected in: flat namespace in /Users/joel/workspace/haskell/bookingsystem/.cabal-sandbox/lib/x86_64-osx-ghc-7.8.3/google-maps-0.1.0.0/libHSgoogle-maps-0.1.0.0-ghc7.8.3.dylib)
I couldn’t find a solution so far. Anyone can help me?
I’m using ghc-7.8.3 on OS X 10.9.5 and cabal-install version 1.20.0.3 using version 1.20.0.1 of the Cabal library.
