[Haskell-cafe] ANN: fast-arithmetic 0.6.0.7

Hi all, I have just published a new version of fast-arithmetic <https://hackage.haskell.org/package/fast-arithmetic>. It provides fast primitives for number theory and combinatorics on Linux and Mac. The latest release has few dependencies and thus builds should be quite robust.
