[Haskell-cafe] ANN: hmatrix 0.8.3

      Hello,

I have released a new version of hmatrix, a library for numeric 
computation based on LAPACK, BLAS and GSL. Recent developments include 
improved SVD functions, a simple ODE solver, easier OS/X installation 
(thanks to H. Apfelmus), and updated tutorial.
