[Haskell-cafe] Make XNoMonomorphismRestriction the default in GHCi

I hereby propose that XNoMonomorphismRestriction be the default in GHCi. I submitted a ticket: http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/3202 Note that I am NOT expressing any opinion about MR in general - just about what the default should be in interactive GHCi sessions only.
