I promise that I scrolled up and down several times before complaining, but I did not find it, and still do not see it. I use Konqueror/KDE3.
As Mark mentioned, there's the MonoBook theme which you can set as your default when you log in. Of course, if you don't want to log in that doesn't help.
It would be good, if it would be consistent with Hackage-DB.
