The new copyright notice is inconsistent. If it is not otherwise changed, I suggest that the first clause, "The publisher intends this Report to belong to the entire Haskell community, ..." be deleted.
May I know where I can find this copyright notice? I haven't found it in the online version or in the downloaded postscript version. Vincenzo
