There's also the Haskell XML toolbox:

and HXML:

The Toolbox is probably the most comprehensive of the three,
with HaXml a close second.  HXML is mostly of interest if
you need to process _very_ large documents or if you just
want to see how an XML parser works.

(If there are any others, I'd like to know about them as well...)
