Yeah, it is an old article. I was just trying to run the first example
from this article.
Using "import Data.List.Utils" instead of "import MissingH.List" fixed
the error.
Good you mentioned that List is not in MissingH module anymore.

Form Hackage it looks as though the module MissingH.List no longer exists in the MissingH package - note the linked article is from 2005.
What is the code you are trying to compile?
