[Haskell-cafe] parser combinators need how many values to report errors?

I'm looking for a copy of: Predictive Parser Combinators Need four Values to Report Errors. I've poked around on the JFP's web site at Cambridge and they don't seem to have Volume 6 anymore. -- _jsn
