      Ok, I will report the commands I am using:
$ cd glade (Matthew Pickering's glade repository clone)
$ cabal sandbox init
$ cabal update
$ cabal install --only-dependencies --dry-run
...

Simply do `$ cabal sandbox add-source <path to the local glade>' and then 
`$ cabal install --only-dependencies' as normal. I think it should work.
