status of deb.haskell.org?

The haskell status page says that deb.haskell.org has been down since mid-February. Are there any plans to bring it back up? -- View this message in context: http://haskell.1045720.n5.nabble.com/status-of-deb-haskell-org-tp5768430.htm... I’ve suggested to can this service, for its usefulness-to-effort-ratio wasn’t very good. Greetings, Joachim -- Joachim “nomeata” Breitner mail@joachim-breitner.de • http://www.joachim-breitner.de/ Jabber: nomeata@joachim-breitner.de • GPG-Key: 0xF0FBF51F Debian Developer: nomeata@debian.org

That's a shame. Do you have a recommendation for where people should source
up to date GHC packages for Debian from?

with up to date, do you mean daily builds of GHC HEAD, or builds of stable GHC releases? I have heard that people would install the ubuntu packages created for https://github.com/hvr/multi-ghc-travis on Debian. If that does not work, you could use the Debian source packages from there and rebuild them locally.
