I've just uploaded a new release of MinGHC, including GHC 7.10.1 and cabal-install 1.22.2.0. This release can be downloaded from: https://s3.amazonaws.com/download.fpcomplete.com/minghc/minghc-7.10.1-i386.e... In the process, I also needed to upload a cabal-install binary for Windows, which is available at: https://s3.amazonaws.com/download.fpcomplete.com/minghc/cabal-install-1.22.2... I've tested this distribution, but only lightly. Feedback from others would be useful :)
For those who don't know, MinGHC is a minimal installer of GHC for Windows, including GHC, cabal-install, and MSYS.
