The GHC source tree includes sources for haddock, cabal, ... which I expected to be able to somehow install as part of "make install" or "make binary-dist" and installing from that, ... But I've so far failed to find the right set of incantations. Is it possible to install the additional libraries and utilities included with the source when building GHC from source? -- Viktor.
