GHC 7.8.4 for OS X can already be downloaded from haskell.org, even though it’s not mentioned on the GHC 7.8.4 webpage: https://downloads.haskell.org/~ghc/7.8.4/ghc-7.8.4-x86_64-apple-darwin.tar.x...
