The front page of the Haskell wiki site has changed, is a cascading style sheet missing?
Seems okay to me from here - have you got some plugin or just didn't load everything due to flaky internet perhaps? The network tab gave everything a 200 for me...

The wiki was just recently upgraded; it may look different because of that.

Is there a publicly-accessible place (a repo, mailing-list, or, God forbid,
Slack) where I can track
what's happening to the wiki?
https://wiki.haskell.org/HaskellWiki:About says "in October 2006, it [the
wiki] retired from active service."

I think that was the old Haskell wiki, whose contents were copied over
unchanged in a subtree.
The only place I've seen discussion of wiki changes so far is
#haskell-infrastructure.
