Incorrect link to Haskell Summer of Code page on Reddit

L.S., The Reddit forum haskell_proposals links to "Haskell Google Summer of Code site", which is https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/summer-of-code/wiki/WikiStart The linked page contains a suggestion for which shoes to buy for "running, casual wear, lifting". I suppose the subreddit should point to https://summer.haskell.org/ (The Haskell Summer of Code Trac also contains spam in the Tickets.) This seems to be wikispam. The page did have correct information at first

Thanks for the report. I updated the page to revert the spam and point to the right page. I think we should probably just add a server-level redirect in the future.
