In addition I also commented out the 4th line in finitemap.h, #include "checkglib.h". Creating an empty checkglib.h would have solved this one.
The file "checkglib.h" is created by the normal configuration script, which I assume you skipped because it doesn't work in Windows (needs a unix-y shell).
With these changes I could get compiled versions of most of the tools.
All the other changes you mention seem reasonable, given what little I know about windows programming. Regards, Malcolm
