The error is: {{{ 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem C:\PROGRA~1\WINHUG~1\UNINST~1.EXE The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. }}} I am using Windows XP SP2 using NTFS. My "Program Files" directory has very strict ACL permissions (only Administrators can modify anything). But, there is no way to tell what version of each package is installed. If the user is logged in with a limited account (which is the recommended practice in Windows), they will have to use the "Run as" command to run WinHugs as an administrator.
