Problem with Win XP

Hi! I used hugs with Win98 and there were no problems. But since I updated to WinXP I get this Error-Message (see the file below). I need it for studying Informatics. We´re learning Haskell and our Prof explains it with Hugs as compiler. So I hope you can help me with my problem. Klaus Faßbender
