On the version that Pablo and I made http://www.matematik.su.se/~haberg/Computer/Hugs98Feb2001MacBin20011012.sit if the -E string is empty, it launches the file to the MacOS creator program of the file. (E.g., an BBEdit file will be launched to BBEdit, etc.) So normally, you should not change it. (I do not remember exactly what happens when you change it -- it probably tries to launch that name as well, but not the file to that program name.) Hans Aberg
