For people that want to tweak their Hugs98 installation, have a look at the Hugs98 PowerToys page: http://www.galois.com/~sof/hugs/PowerToys.html It's got a collection of utilities (well, just one, for now ;-) for tweaking your Hugs98 setup on a Windows box.
