[Haskell-iPhone] New wiki sections on Xcode integration and troubleshooting

Hi all! I just added a couple sections to the ghc-ios wiki: https://github.com/ghc-ios/ghc/wiki See "Integrating with Xcode" and "Troubleshooting". Please let me know if you have any ideas for additions or improvements. Cheers Luke
