[BUG] Poke should use volatile.

Hi. I think poke function should use volatile on C language side. Hi. Can jhc support newer ext libraries? I tried update version. Diff-0.1.2.hl => 0.2.0 (OK) HUnit-1.2.2.1.hl => 1.2.5.1 (OK) QuickCheck-1.2.0.0.hl => 1.2.0.1 (OK) html-1.0.1.2.hl => Latest parsec-2.1.0.1.hl => Latest (parsec2) safe-0.2.hl => 0.3.3 (OK) smallcheck-0.4.hl => 0.6.2 (Fail / Typeable error. 0.6.1 is OK.) transformers-0.2.1.0.hl => 0.3.0.0 (Fail / Need more type signature?) xhtml-3000.2.0.1.hl => 3000.2.1 (OK) containers-0.3.0.0.tar.gz => 0.5.2.1 (Fail / Parse error.) deepseq-1.1.0.2.tar.gz => 1.3.0.1 (Fail / Not found Data.Fixed. 1.2.0.1 is OK.) filepath-1.2.0.0.tar.gz => 1.3.0.1 (OK) pretty-1.0.1.1.tar.gz => 1.1.1.0 (Fail / Not found Data.String. 1.0.1.2 is OK.)
