In section 0, I explain FunDeps for people like me. Section 1 shows that a certain kind of FunDeps can always be expressed with Constructor classes.
It forces types with parameters where they might not be desirable. For example if we have "Collection c e" class instead of "Collectio ce e", we can't make the PackedString type its instance. We must give it a dummy parameter, always instantiated to Char.
