Maintenance release of haskell-cgi?

Hackage trustees, haskell-cgi [1] doesn't build with ghc 7.8.3. Two pull requests exist on github [2,3] and the maintainer (cc'd) is unresponsive. Can someone do a proxy release of haskell-cgi? Thanks.
