...and I have had a half dozen problems caused by this policy in 5 years precisely because people are careful with their names in the packages I do depend upon. What I maintain now is approximately a full time job. Depending on minor versions and multiplying my workload by a nontrivial factor to eliminate a non-problem isn't going to happen. -Edward

Sorry, it must be "containers >=0.4.0 && <0.5.1", but it is "containers >=0.4.0 && <0.6".
