Yes, collections seems to have disappeared. Was it part of the gwern forks, I thought that only referred to:

collections-api 0.4 collections-avl 0.4 collections-base-instances 0.4 collections-rangedsets-instances 0.4

Not collections 0.3, which was uploaded by Jean Philippe-Bernardy in Mar 2007,
