Yes - it is, but it is part of the set of packages that come with GHC, hence I didn't list it by itself. Those packages are: array, base, bytestring, Cabal, contianers, deepseq, director, filepath, haskell2010, haskell98, hpc, old-locale, old-time, pretty, process, template-haskell, time, unix, & Win32.
