Package collections-0.3 vanished from hackage

I am certain that once there was a package named collections-0.3 on the hackage server. It is gone. I managed to get the darcs version form http://code.haskell.org/collections, so this is not a show-stopper for me, but still things like that should not happen, IMO. Cheers Ben
