Takeover of misfortune

Hi, I'd like to take over maintainership of the misfortune package. I am trying to port lambdabot to GHC 9 (see https://github.com/lambdabot/lambdabot/pull/204), and misfortune is one of the blockers. There is a PR to fix it (https://github.com/mokus0/misfortune/pull/5) but the repository hasn't been updated in seven years. I emailed the maintainer on 2022-03-27 but they haven't answered yet.
